Since the links are not followed, these blogs are less-than-ideal for getting links back to a site. If link building is your purpose in commenting then don’t waste your time and effort on No Follow blogs.

Do Follow

The opposite to No Follow blogs are the DO FOLLOW blogs. These blogs allow links to be followed. When search engines, spiders and bots crawl on other people’s site and they found your link, they will follow to your site by crawling it as well.

This method give you a better chance to improve your position on search engines and be more visible to a lot of people.

Yes, you can maybe get people to click on a No Follow link, but a Do Follow lets spiders, bots, and search engines automate part of the process.
